• Comply with CASL, TCPA, PIPEDA, and GDPR

4. SMS and Email Messaging Compliance

a. United States (A2P 10DLC & TCPA)

Our messaging services are compliant with U.S. regulations. All messages include opt-out instructions.

b. Canada (CASL & PIPEDA)

We obtain express or implied consent before sending messages. All communications contain clear unsubscribe mechanisms.

c. GDPR for EU Visitors

We respect the rights of EU visitors and comply with GDPR requirements for data processing and communications.
